Our Foundational Program focuses on the core skills every player needs to thrive: - footwork - ball-handling - finishing - decision-making This session is where athletes establish their discipline, confidence, and understanding of the game. We emphasise fundamentals with purpose, helping players create a solid base that supports long-term growth and performance. Outdoor Strength & Conditioning Program
Wednesdays | 4:30 PM – 6 PM
Train the body. Strengthen the mind. Our Outdoor Strength & Conditioning program builds the foundation for endurance, agility, and power. Through dynamic drills and functional workouts, athletes develop the resilience to perform at their best - in every game, every quarter, every challenge. Because mental and physical toughness go hand-in-hand with growth. Focus: Strength • Speed • Endurance • Resilience Value: Respect your body. Respect the grind.

Competitions
Fridays & Saturdays
Competition — Where growth comes to life! We compete in local leagues such as PCYC and Wildcats Friday Nights, giving our players the chance to bring together everything they’ve trained for — skills, communication, and synergy. Through these games, players learn to apply strategy, adapt under pressure, and grow as teammates. Looking ahead, we’re preparing to step into Bankstown, City of Sydney, and EBL competitions in 2026 as we continue building pathways for development and experience for our athletes. Skills & Shooting Program
Mondays | 4 PM – 7 PM
Elevate your precision and confidence. Our Skills & Shooting sessions are designed for players who are ready to take their craft to the next level. We work on: - advanced ball-handling - shot mechanics - finishing under pressure - game decision flow Each drill is designed to refine precision, rhythm, and confidence - turning repetition into results. Focus: Shooting form • Ball control • Finishing under pressure Value: Train with focus. Play with purpose.

Team Training
Saturdays | 12 PM – 6 PM
Sharpen Strategy. Strengthen Bonds. Our Team Training sessions bring it all together - applying skills in live, competitive settings that emphasise strategy, communication, and synergy. Players learn to read the game, make smart team plays, and understand how cohesion drives success. It’s not just about your role - it’s about how your energy fuels the whole team.
